Marketing Strategies For Marketing Efforts - 1869 Words

One-to-one marketing involves targeting the best customers a company has, to form close, personal relationships with them; in order to get all those customers exactly what they want. It is an idea that was proposed by Don Peppers and Martha Rogers in their 1994 book The One to One Futuree. One-to-one marketing sets a collaborative relationship between sellers and customers, and a trend toward highly targeted marketing. One-to-one marketing involves five steps 1. Identifying your customers. All the information about your current customers, including their buying patterns, likes, and dislikes are gathered as much as you can, by including opt in questions that allows you to legally gather and use their phone numbers and e-mail addresses when conducting business with them. This enables you to remain in contact with them for follow up purposes. 3. Differentiate among your customers by determining who your best customers are in terms of what they spend and will spend in the future ( customer lifetime value), and how easy or difficult they are to serve. Identify and target customers that spend only small amounts with you but large amounts with your competitors.Show MoreRelatedMarketing Strategies For The Sales And Marketing Efforts For Biokinemetrics1401 Words   |  6 PagesBiokinemetrics Brand Platform This Brand Platform represents the foundational cognitive strategies for the sales and marketing efforts for Biokinemetrics.
